Privacy Policy

When you create an account, book a visit, or apply to be a helper, you give us information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the address where a visit will take place, emergency contact, photos, messages sent through the app, visit notes, ratings and reviews, and payment details.

Helpers may also give us date of birth, government ID, the last four digits of a Social Security Number for background screening, professional credentials, and bank/payout information. Full SSNs, when required, are encrypted before storage and are never displayed back to you in the app.

When you use the Service we collect device and log information such as IP address, browser and operating system, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and general location derived from IP or the address you enter. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service is used.

We use your information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Match clients with helpers, schedule visits, and share the details each side needs (such as the visit address and a way to contact the other person).
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe.
• Verify helper identity and perform background checks through approved vendors.
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts, helper updates, password resets, and safety notices) and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• With the other party to your visit. Clients and helpers see each other's first name, photo, general area, messages, and — once a visit is booked — the visit address and phone number.
• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as Stripe (payments and payouts), our background-check vendor, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. They may access personal information only to perform work for us.
• For legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sr.Dash, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Sr.Dash does not store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe's own privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

We keep account and visit information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Encrypted background-check data is retained only as long as required by our vendor and applicable law and is then deleted or de-identified.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive fields (such as SSN), role-based database access, and audited payment processing through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you we will notify you as required by law.

You can view or update most account information from your Profile in the app. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email; we will still send transactional messages needed to run your bookings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights email support@mysrdash.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Sr.Dash is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email. The "Effective" date above always shows the most recent update.
